Jimmy was a successful National Hunt Jockey whose riding career came to an abrupt end in 2011 following a fall at Uttoxeter where he picked up a serious head & back injury. Advised not to ride professionally again Jimmy has built a successful career in Sales/ Marketing and Business Development.

As a Director of Neptune Sports Management Jimmy can combine the world of sport & business to bring his experiences & expertise to help manage the careers of our clients. He has seen first hand the benefits of utilising the services of a management company & can now offer those services direct.

After a successful career in the Financial Services Industry  Roger became director of Countrywide Promotions specialising in providing services to the horse racing sector. Working in partnership with a number of leading racecourses in both the UK & overseas & acting as a consultant to a number of leading race horse  trainers Roger has established  a reputation for delivering  a first class service to encompass all areas of the sport.

Roger is well established in the horse racing world spending over 200 days per year on racecourses enhancing the race day experience of corporate hospitality guests & sponsors.

As a Director of Neptune Sports Management Roger is able to bring his wealth of knowledge & extensive network of contacts to help maximise the earning potential of our clients.
